You come near, and You say, “Peace be with you.” So I receive that peace now. Not as a passing feeling, but as a deep and steady presence within me. Your presence calms what tries to rise within me. Where there has been tension, You bring stillness. Where there has been anxiety, You bring calm. Where there has been uncertainty, You bring assurance. I am at peace in You. Jesus, let this peace guard my heart and my mind. Let it settle deeply within me and remain as I move into this evening. I do not carry what tries to disturb me—I rest in You. Jesús, recibo Tu paz y descanso en Tu presencia esta noche. Cristo, recebo a Tua paz e descanso na Tua presença esta noite.
