He told the story of responding to his parents' house fire and seeing firefighters laid out on the lawn. He thought something was wrong — but what the fire chief told him next is something we ALL need to hear. It's about rest. It's about protocol. And it's about coming back with MORE power. 🔥

He connected that firefighter story straight to the resurrection of Jesus — because even the greatest comeback in history required a period of rest and restoration. And then I bring it home the only way I know how — through 25 years in IT. I call them The Three R's: Reboot, Restore, and Reset. Because just like your phone and your computer, your mind, body, and spirit sometimes need the same treatment. I even share my personal 60-second breathing habit that I use every single day to manage anxiety and get back to center. Be still. That's the word. 🔄

Family, this one is for everybody who's been fighting big and small fires everyday and hasn't stopped to rest. Everybody who's been pushing through and wondering why they're running low.
