概要

 First, the plaintiff has been neighbors with the defendant for the past four years. He says he provided her two loans when she needed some financial help, but she’s never paid him back. He says she even made a pass at him in the hope of getting the loans forgiven. He is suing to get his money back. The defendant claims that the plaintiff was the one to make several moves, not her. She was led to believe the money was gifts, not loans. Then, the plaintiff says she confronted her husband about his affair while at a party. She says the defendant, her husband’s mistress, followed her out to her car and beat on the vehicle with a shoe, causing extensive damage. She is suing for the $7,200 she’s owed for repairs. The defendant says the plaintiff has been harassing her for years because she had a child with the husband and is now a woman scorned. She claims it was the plaintiff who stormed into the party and tried to blame the car damage on her, but she didn’t do any of it. She owes nothing. She is countersuing for pain and suffering.
