Led by an honor guard, heralded by a bagpipe, Yavapai College’s Spring 2026 Fire Academy Class graduated on Friday, May 1, 2026 at the Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center. Class 26-01 brought 18 new firefighters into the community. “Today, we gather to celebrate an extraordinary group of individuals-our fire science academy graduates,” said Dr. Lisa Rhine, Yavapai College President. “You’ve poured your energy, your intellect, and your hearts into this journey.
