概要
In this video, I react to a deeply heartbreaking anonymous post from a woman whose partner came out as trans just 102 days before their wedding. Drowning in guilt, hair loss, and severe trauma responses, she feels completely isolated.
As a counsellor, I unpack the psychological red flags in this story: from early love-bombing to the intense pressure women face to perform support while their own health collapses. We also look at the toxic nature of online spaces that police a grieving woman's language instead of protecting her life.
If you are walking on eggshells at home or mourning the future you were promised, you are not a bad person. Your feelings are a normal response to ambiguous loss.
