    I'm Dr. Baz Morris, and I live 70% anxiety-free, but that wasn't always the case. A lifelong anxiety sufferer, I tried every treatment modality out there, including medication, acupuncture, meditation, binaural beats, therapy, and cannabis products.

    All were somewhat effective, but none made much of a difference. THAT ALL CHANGED WHEN I DEVELOPED THE '10-MINUTE SILENT SOUND RESET.

    Now, I help adults in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who've battled anxiety for decades to address the root cause of their symptoms — an overactive nervous system conditioned for decades to respond to even minor threats with an all-or-nothing, pedal-to-the-medal reaction.
