Two children lost their lives, and for years, many believed three-year-old Ramona Brown had also died in the blaze. But there was one problem: Ramona's remains were never found. Decades later, a family member's account would raise new questions about what happened that night and whether Ramona may have survived the fire. More than four decades later, she has never been located, and the mystery remains unsolved.
