Her work is shaped by her own lived experience and her grounding in the Three Principles understanding, which has had a big impact on both her life and her work. Originally from New Zealand, she lived and worked in the UK for 18 years before recently returning home, where she now continues coaching while raising her young daughter. Alongside her one-to-one work, she is involved in leading the Three Principles New Zealand community and is interested in developing more community and group spaces as part of her work.
