Have you ever looked at someone who is thriving in their 90s or beyond and wondered — what are they doing that we're not? Today's episode is one of those rare conversations that will leave you encouraged, challenged, and maybe even inspired to pick up the phone and call your mom or dad.
I sat down with my neighbor, Faith — who is now 102 years old — and she is sharp, warm, full of life, and absolutely overflowing with wisdom. She still walks every day, arranges flowers at her church mission, and prays with more intention than most of us half her age. You are going to love her.
You may even want to share this episode with your parent — pop it on in the car or hand them your phone, because this one is encouraging for all of us.

👤 ABOUT FAITH
Faith is a Jamaica-born woman who built two careers in government service, raised a family, and immigrated to the United States in her 50s. She crossed over to her 102nd birthday this year. She volunteers at her church mission, practices Japanese flower arranging, and walks daily in her Florida community. She is a living reminder that a life well-lived is not about the absence of hard things — it is about who you walk through them with.
💛 FAITH'S WORDS OF WISDOM
🌿 "You have to have a purpose. Consider that you have a purpose in life, regardless of how old or bedridden or whatever you are."
🌿 "Walking is key. Even if you don't do exercises otherwise — walking. At least that."
🌿 "See the good side of it. That's what you have to do in life."
🌿 "He's there for you, but be there for him too."
🌿 "You have to allow other people to have their point of view. Be open a little bit."

And remember — you are doing a good job. Even on the days that feel really heavy, you are not alone. You don't have to fix everything today. Take a deep breath. It's going to be okay. 💛
