In this episode my son joins me for a real conversation out in nature where everything feels a little quieter and easier to breathe. We talked about why getting outside matters so much especially for kids who spend most of their time indoors on screens feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.

Casen shared what a lot of kids are feeling right now anxiety ADHD struggles and the fear of being judged at school or around other people. We explored how screens can replace real connection and how simple time in nature can help kids feel calmer more grounded and more like themselves again.

We also talked about something every adult and child needs to hear it’s not about what people say about you it’s about what you say about you. Your self-talk and your self-worth start with the way you speak to yourself in the quiet moments.
