This 4 minute meditation for inner peace and emotional balance helps you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and gently bring your inner world into harmony. Through calming imagery and mindful awareness, you’ll learn to stop resisting what you feel and instead allow your thoughts and emotions to settle into a more peaceful rhythm.
