    We also dig into the research on why certain experiences spark more happiness than others, and how small, intentional choices throughout the day can tip the balance from more rain… to a lot more sunshine.

    Because maybe happiness isn’t something you find someday,
    maybe it’s something you sprinkle into the middle of a perfectly ordinary day.
