In dieser Folge sprechen wir darüber, wie sehr Körperbilder unsere Generation geprägt haben – durch Magazine, Fernsehen, Social Media und Kommentare aus dem eigenen Umfeld und darüber, wie wir vielleicht lernen können, unseren Körper mit mehr Mitgefühl zu betrachten und Bewertungen den Kampf anzusagen.
