This episode is dedicated in loving memory to Lori Nathanson, Ben's mother who was one of the most selfless and giving human beings ever. She was a mother to the competition team back in the day and always encouraged me even when tournaments didn't go my way. I owe her a lot in terms of developing my self confidence on and off the mat. The world would be a better place if more people had a heart like her.
