A suspect in a Charlotte train murder case has been released multiple times because he’s considered competent enough to be out on the street… but also not competent enough to stand trial. So just to recap:

👉 Too competent for jail

👉 Not competent for court

👉 But somehow still in the system like a glitchy NPC

Makes perfect sense. No notes. 👌
