Fugees were enjoying a second week at the top of the charts last time round, but this week there are 16 new entries all aiming for the summit, including new singles from Gabrielle, Mariah Carey, Crowded House, Let Loose, Simply Red, Longpigs and Shakespears Sister. There's also a new track from Chartlife antihero Shaggy collaborating with Maxi Priest, and there's a highly entertaining football song from Collapsed Lung.

Fugees had just dislodged 'Three Lions' where we left it last week, but there are 16 new entries vying for the number one spot this time out, including new singles from Ocean Colour Scene, D'Angelo, Livin' Joy, Happy Clappers, the Eurovision winner from Eimear Quinn and TWO Scottish football songs to tie in with Euro 96 from Rod Stewart and Primal Scream. Plus, a new entry that is basically Ed's new Favourite Song Ever (TM).
