  • Four Faces of Worship | Surrender
    2026/05/03

What does it really mean to surrender?

On Senior Sunday at Cibolo Creek Community Church, we celebrate a meaningful milestone as graduating seniors step into a new season of life. As students prepare for college, careers, and what comes next, this service turns our attention to a question that matters for every stage of life: what does it look like to trust God with what comes next?

Looking at Jesus’ prayer in The Gospel of Luke, this message explores surrender as a posture of worship—placing our lives in God’s hands and choosing His way above our own. Whether you are stepping into something new, carrying questions, or learning to trust God in the middle of change, this service is an invitation to listen closely and follow where He leads.

  • Four Faces of Worship | Gratitude
    2026/04/26

In this service, we’re invited to reflect on the goodness and faithfulness of God through worship, prayer, and teaching. Centered around Psalm 100 and other passages of Scripture, this message explores how gratitude is more than a feeling—it is an intentional act of worship that transforms our perspective and our lives.

We explore how giving thanks to God in every circumstance can lead to greater peace, spiritual health, and a deeper awareness of His presence. Through both biblical truth and practical insight, we’re reminded that true gratitude is not just about what we have—but who we direct our thanks toward.

  • Four Faces of Worship: Adoration
    2026/04/12

In this service, we continue exploring what it means to worship—not as a routine or obligation, but as a posture of the heart. This week, we focus on adoration—what it means to truly admire, love, and give our full attention to God for who He is, not just for what He can do for us.

Through prayer, Scripture, and worship, we are reminded that God is worthy of our praise—yesterday, today, and forever. We are invited to lift our attention to Him, placing Him at the center, and allowing our worship to shape our perspective and protect our hearts from a self-centered faith.

You’ll also hear how worship impacts our lives beyond Sunday mornings, including the ongoing impact of Winter Retreat in the lives of children and students, made possible through the faithfulness of our church family.

If this service encourages you, we invite you to:

    • Connect with us in the comments during the service
    • Partner with us in the work God is doing through giving

Thank you for worshiping with us today.

  • Easter Hope: “He Has Risen” — Faith, Doubt, and the Risen King
    2026/04/05

In this message, we walk through the resurrection account in Matthew 28 and focus on one powerful line: “they worshiped him, but some doubted.” Even those who saw Jesus alive wrestled with questions. And maybe you do too.

If you’ve ever wondered where God is in your pain… If you’ve prayed and nothing seemed to change… If you’ve questioned whether God is good, whether He cares, or whether any of this is real…

    You’re not alone.

This Easter message is an invitation to bring your full, honest self—your faith, your frustration, and your doubt—and look again to Jesus. Because the good news is this:

    • There is room for your questions
    • Doubt doesn’t disqualify your faith
    • And the story of the empty tomb still speaks hope

We celebrate a risen Savior—not an idea, but a living King who has defeated death and invites us into new life.

Wherever you find yourself today—worshiping, wondering, or somewhere in between—this message is for you.

    Look to Jesus.

  • Four Faces of Worship | Humilty
    2026/03/29

In this message from our Four Faces of Worship series, we explore how humility is at the heart of true worship. Worship isn’t just about singing—it’s about living every part of your life as if Jesus is King.

Pride quietly reshapes the way we see ourselves, others, and even God. This message invites us to examine our hearts and rediscover the kind of humility that leads to deeper worship and a more faithful life.

On this Palm Sunday, we’re reminded that God’s kingdom doesn’t always look the way we expect—but it always leads to life. As we prepare for Easter, we’re invited to lay down pride, turn toward God, and trust Him more fully.

  • Four Faces of Worship: Series Introduction
    2026/03/22

Welcome to our new series: Four Faces of Worship.

What does it really mean to worship God?

In Part 1 of this series, we lay the foundation for understanding true, biblical worship. Looking at Matthew 15, we explore Jesus’ warning about empty worship—and how it’s possible to say all the right things while still having a heart far from God.

Worship is more than singing songs on Sunday. It’s about living every day with a heart fully surrendered to God as King.

In this message, we introduce four key expressions of worship found throughout Scripture. These “four faces” help us examine what’s really going on in our hearts when we worship.

  • What's Standing in The Way of Your Baptism?
    2026/03/15

At Cibolo Creek Community Church, we believe baptism is a powerful moment in the life of a believer—a public declaration that we have placed our faith in Jesus and chosen to follow Him.

In this special Baptism Sunday service, we celebrate life change through the stories of people taking that next step of faith. Through worship, testimony, and teaching from Book of Acts chapter 8, we explore the story of the Ethiopian eunuch and his simple but profound question:

“What stands in the way of me being baptized?”

This message walks through the purpose of baptism and addresses the common reasons people hesitate—confusion, fear, misunderstanding, or simply waiting for the “right time.” Baptism is not about earning salvation; it is about identifying with Jesus and beginning a life of obedience and faith.

  • The Most Important Truth in The Bible
    2026/03/08

Through 1 Corinthians 11:23–32, we reflect on why communion was established and why it remains such a powerful reminder for the church today. Communion isn’t just a tradition—it is a proclamation of the cross and a reminder that our salvation comes through Jesus and Jesus alone.

As we gather around the table, we remember that:

    • God is righteous

    • Sin is serious

    • Justice requires a response

    • And through His love, God provided Jesus as the atoning sacrifice for our sins

Because of Christ’s finished work on the cross, sinners can be forgiven and made right with God.
