    In this first episode of Claro Conversations, I share why mental wellness matters so deeply to me and what led me to this work.

    I reflect on growing up learning to keep going on the outside while feeling unsettled on the inside — something many of us experience, often shaped by early life, culture, and generational patterns. I talk about my journey through therapy, studying psychology, discovering positive psychology, and finding coaching as a way to turn insight into everyday, compassionate change.
