Hey my Wreckage Clearers!! It is important for you to feel all the feelings so that you can heal. you can only find the wreckage by taking time to look inside and that means feeling how we feel in order to clear the wreckage. We must not become the trash or the damage or the garbage that we feel. We are still good and that will never change. It will always remain a fact that you are inherently good regardless if you feel bad, for you are not bad. That is just how you feel.

Hey my Wreckage Clearers! I'm back and today I want you to hone in on this episode because this is something I learned that I had to hold on to for dear life. That is, I am always with me. I am in relationship with me. first and foremost and always will be, no matter where I go, who I am with, I will be the common denominator. I might not have been married anymore but I sure was married to myself whether I wanted to be or not. that is how it is for all of us. We are stuck with ourselves, so we better learn to love ourselves and give ourselves what we need. We must learn to respond instead of react. Take responsibility for our own wounds that need to be healed and do the necessary for them to be healed.

Hey my Wreckage Clearers! After my divorce in 2019 I had a gripping overwhelming feeling of loneliness. I mean I was and I didn't have any to come home to anymore. If you have experienced loss or a break up or heart break or even divorce than you know that feeling or you maybe can empathize with me a little bit. I was reassured by the fact that we are never alone. I may feel lonely but I know for a fact that I have community and support around me. Are you willing to reach out? Are you ready to thrive? Did you know that you were already designed for community, for connection so that you can thrive or in other words, "Be fruitful and multiply!"
