This bacterium causes serious or even fatal infections for the young, the elders, and those with weak immune systems. Affected: All Clover Hill Dairy cheeses currently on the market, including those relabeled under the brands KESSO, QUESOS LA RICURA, IZALCO, DE MI PUEBLO, or RIO LINDO.
These recalled cheeses were sold through Clover Hill Dairy’s retail market, farmers markets, and third-party distributors in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C.
