概要
Controlling the mind simply means not allowing the mind to be a runaway train. We can learn to get control of the mind by questioning what the mind is offering and taking away the mind's audience. Who's the audience? Ourselves. The mind wants an audience and you're it, so when you take that away the mind will change the subject to try to get your attention.
