David is a Somatic Release Breathwork Practitioner & Subconscious Mind Coach dedicated to supporting people in creating lasting impact through personal development, holistic practices and social justice programs.
He is a dear friend and a wonderful soul. I wanted him on SoundAscending because music has been, and is, a huge part of his life and healing. And because his story is a beautiful inspirational one!
He shares how music helped him express his quiet voice as a child. As an adult, he talks about his discoveries into how music can help those suffering with dementia, through his own experience with his mum. And how he uses music alongside his incredible Somatic Release Breathwork.
