Today, we're going to be reflecting on the surprising power behind encouraging other people in their own personal growth and transformation.
In the modern era, their seems to be so much competition out there, people fighting one another to get to the top. And unfortunately, I think what few people realize is that encouraging others is a powerful way to boost your own self-esteem and to actual develop your own skills, actions and abilities.
When you encourage others, it forces you to think through the things you appreciate about other people, which in turn makes you more attentive to your own actions, your own levels of positivity and your own strengths.
