Okay… this class was really good.

It wasn’t dramatic or over-the-top or anything like that. It was just real. Grounded. Honest. The kind where you can feel things shifting but in a steady way — not chaotic.

We talked about what actually happens when you’re between versions of yourself. That in-between space where you’re not who you used to be, but you’re not fully anchored in the new you yet either. And instead of trying to rush it or spiritually override it, we sat in it.

There were some moments where things just clicked. Not because I was trying to “teach” something big, but because the truth underneath it came through really cleanly.

We touched on:
• Old identities and how we unconsciously keep feeding them
• What embodiment actually means in real life
• The nervous system and why forcing growth backfires
• Soul-level alignment in practical terms

It felt mature. Simple. Clear.
