Coming to you with a short, simple meditation & pranayama (breath) practice today to support overwhelm.
Body based mindfulness cues ground you back into the body, and 4/6/8 breath's elongated exhale helps shift you from fight/flight/freeze into parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest mode).
This practice is best for when seated, but you can still follow along standing or lying down.
So, take 10 minutes to ground and breathe. I hope it leaves you feeling more centred & regulated ♡
