About Lisa

The story about my father Whitey Macdonald being a fugitive for over 30 years and what it was like for me, his daughter to wonder where he was all those years. Finally believing he was dead, and I would never know the truth. Then on January 2011 I got that phone call that he was alive and arrested and it was a life-changing experience. Reconnecting with him after all those years the shock the pain, finally having that connection with my father that I had always hoped for. But time was sure because he was dying of stage four cancer. Spending those last three years with him getting to know him, him getting to know me. That closure that that little girl was always looking for.
