Here in the Southern Hemisphere, it's well and truly happening: the mornings are cold, the afternoons and early evenings are dark, the air is crisp and, whether we like it or not, autumn is well on it's way with winter not far off.
It's a time of year that can come with a lot of resistance and trepidation - but, what if instead of fighting it, we tapped into the science of Ayurveda to embrace the natural shift of the seasons, so that we don't just survive it, but thrive?
