We were in the middle of the ocean, no land in sight, completely surrounded by nothing but water.

At that moment, I had a choice - lean into fear… or surrender.

In this episode, I share the story of an unforgettable adventure, jet skiing from the mainland at 1770 out to Lady Musgrave Island. A wild, unpredictable journey that pushed me far beyond my comfort zone.

What unfolded wasn’t just an experience… it became a powerful lesson in trust, surrender and letting go of control.

I take you inside the moments where fear crept in, where uncertainty was real and how I used spiritual practices to ground myself, call in protection, surrender to the divine and choose to trust that everything would unfold exactly as it was meant to.

Because the truth is we couldn’t control the weather, we couldn’t control the outcome. All we could do… was let go and trust the journey.

And in doing that, something shifted.

The fear softened. The presence deepened and I experienced a level of awe, connection and oneness that only comes when you fully surrender to the moment.
