You’re doing all the “right” things… showing up, working on yourself, feeling good, making progress. And then suddenly - you’re not.

Old patterns creep back in. Stress takes over. You feel overwhelmed, emotional… maybe even like you’ve gone backwards.

And then comes the feeling - “Why do I feel like this again?”

In this episode, I want to normalise something that so many women in my community have been experiencing and questioning. Because this isn’t failure. This isn’t you doing it wrong.

This is growth!

I share the questions that have been coming through from women who feel like they’ve slipped back after making progress and why this is actually a natural, necessary part of the healing and self-development journey.

Because growth is not linear.

You don’t just rise and stay there.
You expand… contract… release… and rise again.

I also open up about my own experience over the past few weeks feeling emotional, sensing an ending, and recognising the familiar pattern that always shows up before I step into something new.

With this being episode 99 and seeing 99 everywhere (a symbol of closure and completion), it feels like a powerful reflection of what so many of us are moving through right now.

Because with endings… come new beginnings.

As I prepare to head to Bali to guide another retreat - a space of deep healing, growth and self-discovery - I can feel new ideas, inspiration and expansion already starting to come through.

This episode is your reminder that what you’re feeling is normal. You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You’re in the middle of your evolution.

And the key? Is to keep going!
