Signature Cocktail: the French 75

A new year, a fresh start, and staying the fuck c GInnai home, goddamnit.

• 1 1/2oz gin
• 1 1/2tsp powdered sugar
• 1/2oz lemon juice
• 2 1/2oz brut champagne

Combine lemon and sugar in base of shaker until combined. Add gin and shake with ice. Strain into chilled glass and add champagne.
