概要

 The day care where Cain Jr. was alleged to have been sexually abused has a troubling history, which includes California’s Department of Social Services at one point revoking its license. When licensing agents approached for random visits, the children said they were hidden in closets or made to run next door so the day care wouldn’t be fined for violating limits on the number of children in its care.
