In this podcast I would like to give you some things to think about and ultimately my hope is that you get motivation and tools to make positive change in your life.
I am somebody who has been working on my personal growth my whole life, which at this point is 70 years. Like many people who turn to the path of working on themselves, I started out with a lot of problems. Rather than just giving up, my attitude was maybe I can heal my life and maybe I can but if I don't try things definitely won't get better.
I only post when I have something to say.
