Zaya, an ADHD creator, spoke about his experience with ageism in their career. He dropped out of college to pursue a role as an HR manager at Cracker Barrel and then moved on to operations manager at Dutch Bros. Coffee shop and then director of operations at another coffee shop. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Zaya became burnt out and decided to pursue a role in tech.
