The consistent witness of Scripture is for us to be a HOLY PEOPLE, conformed not to the patters of this world but to be conformed to the mind of Christ. So, what does this look like in how we practically live our lives for The Great Commission? Paul gives us a look by using his own life to show us the motivations of his heart and the intentionality of his life.

One of the hardest truths to grapple in Christianity is why would a perfect and sovereign God have mercy on me? Paul calls this, “the mystery,” one that we cannot fully understand. However, since it is nonetheless a reality, we must not live that grace in vanity, but we are to exercise our new freedom in Christ with every fiber of our being!

Jesus saves! Jesus saves from sin, death, and Hell; but, He also saves us from a life that has no purpose or meaning! Today, we are going to explore Paul’s exhortation to live a life that is defined by the Gospel, a life that is defined by hope, and a life that is defined by the power of the transformation of the Gospel!

Our new life in Christ ought to change our worldview because it is Jesus who gave His life as a sacrifice for ours in redemption and it is Jesus who creates us in His image to live as He lived, to love as He loved, and to serve just as He served us.

Being ALL IN for Jesus isn’t marked by confession only but also by the way we live our life in private and public. We are called to be a “peculiar people” that, through our actions, point the world to the grace, mercy, and truth of the power of Jesus and Christians to the necessity of the Lordship of Jesus over their lives.

After a short break due to a mission trip we are back with our discussion on Soteriology! It is important to the discussion of such a dense theological subject to know and have a working understanding of the terminology that surrounds the myriad of dynamics within this domain. Therefore, we spend today's discussion going through the foundational nomenclature that will be exhausted throughout the rest of our study of this important theological concept.

Due to this past weekend's world events our discussion has shifted to the world around us rather than soteriology. In today's MMCS, we discussed the Administrations decision to cancel its contract with Anthropic over AI programming and guardrails. We then move on to the discussion of the global geo-political stage and the current military conflict with Iran. Enjoy!
