  • Truth Identity & Self Esteem | Allen & Stacy Jo

What you believe about yourself shapes everything — your relationships, your decisions, your faith, and your freedom. In this between-season special, Allen and Stacy Jo Thorne dive deep into what they call truth identity: seeing yourself as God sees you through Jesus Christ — and actually believing it.

Pulled from their ministry, Reviving Recovery Unbound, this episode is a direct, grace-filled conversation about the lies that quietly shape our identity — and the truth that sets us free. From people-pleasing and perfectionism to control and comparison, Allen and Stacy Jo name the "shiny lies" the world offers in place of the stable identity that can only be found in Christ.

    You'll walk away with:
    • Clarity on why knowing scripture isn't the same as receiving God's truth in your heart
    • Understanding of how the Holy Spirit works at the root of our struggles, not just the behavior
    • A 5-step practical framework for identifying and releasing lie-based beliefs
    • Biblical declarations to speak over yourself and renew your mind

This is not about shallow self-help or positive thinking. This is about the transforming work of the Holy Spirit, grounded in God's Word, in your everyday life.

"You were created on purpose, for God's purpose. Walk in truth, walk in freedom, walk in and with Christ."

    Key scriptures: Genesis 1:27, Romans 8:1, 2 Timothy 1:7, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Matthew 28:18

    2026/05/21

    Send us Fan Mail

In Season 7, Episode 6 of Faithfully Invested with Allen & Stacy Jo, we tackle one of the most overlooked subjects in leadership today: the role of the Holy Spirit in Kingdom leadership.

    Many leaders rely on:

    • Intelligence
    • Strategy
    • Data
    • Experience
    • Hustle

But Kingdom leadership requires something deeper:
The guidance and power of the Holy Spirit.

In this episode, Allen and Stacy Jo discuss:

    • Why the Holy Spirit is essential for lasting Kingdom impact
    • The tension between logic and obedience
    • How fear disguises itself as wisdom
    • Why many leaders struggle to slow down and listen
    • The difference between consulting God and informing God
    • The fruit of the Spirit as a leadership culture blueprint
    • How Spirit-led leadership builds generational legacy

    📖 Key Scriptures:

    • Acts 1:8
    • John 16:13
    • Galatians 5
    • John 15
    • 2 Timothy 1:7

The Kingdom is not built by human effort alone.
It is built through surrendered leaders empowered by the Holy Spirit.

When you stay faithfully invested, God brings the increase.

  • Why Most Christian Leaders Get This Wrong at Work | Allen & Stacy Jo
    2026/05/13

    Send us Fan Mail

You have access to people in your workplace that a pastor or missionary will never have access to. So the real question isn't whether your work is sending a message — it's what message it's sending.

In Episode 5 of Season 7, Allen and Stacy Jo Thorne take everything they've built this season and load it into Monday through Friday, because the legacy you leave in the marketplace is just as real and just as eternal as anything built inside a church building.

    The anchor and the shift:

Rooted in Colossians 3:23–24 — "Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as unto the Lord" — this episode challenges every believer to make a complete paradigm shift in how they approach their daily work. When every decision and interaction is viewed as serving Jesus, it changes everything about everything. And when Daniel 6:3 shows us a man distinguished above all others — not because he was the most spiritual in the room, but because an excellent spirit was in him — we have our Kingdom marketplace model.

The 3 traps that quietly derail your marketplace legacy:

    1. Integrity Pressure — When the easier path on a business deal isn't the most honest one, and the culture around you has quietly normalized what doesn't sit right with your spirit. This is where marketplace legacy is actually forged.
    2. The Compartmentalization Trap — Keeping faith and work in separate lanes sounds respectful and professional, until the separation goes so deep that your work self and your kingdom self become two functionally different people. James calls it double-mindedness. It's unstable in every way.
    3. The Success Trap — When revenue increases and margins expand, there's a gravitational pull toward protecting what you've built rather than continuing to advance the kingdom. The legacy quietly becomes about the brand instead of the one the brand is supposed to point to.

Tune into the episode to hear the three practical resets!

Your one takeaway this week: Ask yourself — Does the way I lead at work point people toward God or toward myself? The answer tells you exactly where your marketplace legacy currently stands, and where it needs to go.

  • Managing What God Entrusted to You | Allen & Stacy Jo
    2026/04/30

    Send us Fan Mail

What's the furthest ahead you've ever planned? Five years? Ten? In this episode, Allen and Stacy Jo Thorne challenge Kingdom-minded leaders to think 100 — even 200 — years ahead. Because if God's plan is eternal, our legacy thinking should be too.

This is not a retirement episode. Generational impact is a right now conversation for every believer who leads a business, a team, a family, or a community.

What we cover in this episode:

Drawing from Psalm 145:4 — "One generation shall commend God's work to another" — Allen and Stacy Jo unpack what it truly means to build something that outlasts you. The answer isn't found in what you build. It's found in who you build into.

They walk through the 3 most common versions of the generational legacy struggle: leaders so consumed with building the thing that people keep getting shuffled; leaders who invest in people but lack clear, defined non-negotiables to pass on; and leaders who've been hurt in the process of investing and have quietly pulled back from the vulnerability of discipleship.

For each struggle, there's a biblical and practical response — rooted in the examples of David's passionate proclamation in the Psalms, Paul's intentional investment in Timothy, and Jesus' unflinching faithfulness to 12 very imperfect disciples.

    Practical steps covered:

    1. Define your vision — Write down what God has proven faithful in. Identify the Kingdom principles that must make it to the next generation through you.
    2. Name your Timothy — Someone younger in faith and leadership is already watching you from a distance, hoping to be invited in. Who are they?
    3. Live an out-loud faith — Your team, your children, and your community need to see your faith, not just hear about it.

The episode closes with a powerful reminder: you cannot pass on what you do not have. Legacy is not manufactured near the end of life — it is the overflow of decades of daily, faithful, mostly hidden obedience.

Your one takeaway this week: Identify one person — one Timothy — and take one move toward them. One conversation. One coffee. One invitation to do life together. That's how generational legacy is built: one intentional relationship at a time.

📖 Key Scriptures: Psalm 145:4–13, Proverbs 13:22, John 10:10, 2 Timothy, Hebrews 10:39, John 14 (Holy Spirit of Truth)

  • Strategy Won't Build It. Talent Won't Keep It. Only This Will. | Allen & Stacy Jo
    2026/04/15

    Send us Fan Mail

Intimacy with God, abiding in Christ, and Kingdom legacy are the focus of Season 7, Episode 2 of Faithfully Invested with Allen & Stacy Jo.

Before anything lasting is built, one foundation must be solid:
    your relationship with God.

In this episode, Allen and Stacy Jo unpack John 15 and what it truly means to abide in the vine, showing why intimacy with God is not optional for leaders who want to build a legacy that outlives them.

    They address a common struggle:
You can be doing all the right things…
    and still feel spiritually disconnected.

    That’s not failure.
    That’s a signal.

    In this episode, they discuss:

    • Why intimacy with God is the foundation of Kingdom legacy
    • The difference between results and spiritual fruit
    • How busyness and success can lead to disconnection
    • Why competence can replace dependence
    • What it looks like to lead from overflow
    • How to recognize when you’ve drifted
    • Why the invitation to return is always available

    Key takeaway:
You can build results without abiding…
but you cannot build lasting fruit.

    Reflection question:
Are you abiding… or just doing?

When we stay faithfully invested, God brings the increase.

  • You Can't Build Both | Allen & Stacy Jo
    2026/04/08

    Send us Fan Mail

Kingdom legacy, Christian leadership, and biblical stewardship take center stage as Faithfully Invested kicks off Season 7 with a powerful question:

Are you building what actually matters?

In this episode, Allen and Stacy Jo unpack the difference between worldly legacy and Kingdom legacy, and why so many believers unintentionally spend years building things that will not last into eternity.

This is not about bad intentions.
    It’s about misplaced priorities.

Using Scripture including Matthew 6:33, Psalm 37, Philippians 4, Proverbs 3, and 1 Corinthians 3, they challenge listeners to examine what they are truly seeking first and how that shapes what they leave behind.

    In this episode, they discuss:

    • What defines a true Kingdom legacy
    • How “drift” pulls us toward comfort, recognition, and control
    • Why fear leads to building the wrong things
    • Why good things become wrong when they replace first things
    • How to measure success through a biblical lens
    • Why not everything that looks successful will last

    Key takeaway:
    Worldly legacy says, “Remember me.”
    Kingdom legacy says, “Follow Him.”

    Reflection question:
Will what you are building today matter in eternity?

When we stay faithfully invested, God brings the increase.
