As we continue the journey of understanding who Jesus is, we go into a statement made about Him being the shepherd and the door. We dive into the passages at the end of John chapter 9 and the start of chapter 10, where we look at who those are who Jesus says are robbers and thieves, and how our hope is in the shepherd who cares for us and protects us from those who are after His sheep.

In this first episode, we focus on John 3, especially the conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus and the famous verse John 3:16. We discuss why Nicodemus met Jesus at night, the meaning of being “born again”, and the role of faith and baptism in salvation. All to emphasize that Jesus came out of love for the whole world, and that salvation comes through believing in Him. Throughout the conversation, we begin to reflect on how people often resist confronting their own sin, but accepting Jesus and repenting brings forgiveness and eternal life.
