  • Ep 10: Rachelle Williams | Listening to your inner compass & designing a life that fits.
    2026/04/22

It’s our tenth episode, woohoooooo! How did we get here?! And for this one, I’m joined by the wonderful and bold Rachelle Williams.

Rachelle took the leap from a full time corporate life to the freedom of being self employed in 2021 and is now smashing it as an Agile coach, consultant and workshop leader. She also has ADHD and told us about the journey she’s been on to understand how her brain works and unlock and celebrate her true authentic self.

We discuss the intentional choices she made to create a life that reflected what she wanted, not what society wanted of her, as well as her amazing travels in seeing the world. She also shares her tips on listening to your own compass and how the power of impulsion can overcome that ‘I should’ feeling.

This is a conversation about self-reflection, the beauty of neurodiversity and being on a mission to create your ideal life.

  • Ep 9: Sharon Wallace | Stepping into ambiguity, overcoming imposter syndrome and leading with integrity
    2026/04/08

I’m so excited to share the latest instalment of Finally Fabulous with you. Today’s guest is best described as a Celtic warrior queen - grounded in grit, curiosity and an unwavering commitment to lifting others.

I’m joined by Sharon Wallace: mum of four, TEDx speaker and co-founder of LIFT as we Climb.
Her career spans the male-dominated tech world of the 90s, building a million-pound direct sales team, and returning to university at 46 to earn her master’s - all while navigating profound personal challenges, including standing beside her son through cancer treatment with extraordinary resilience.

We talk intentional leadership, moving beyond diversity to true inclusion, why “imposter syndrome” might actually be growth in disguise, and the power of knowing your core values.

This is a conversation about courage, compassion and trusting yourself enough to step into the unknown.

  • Ep 8: Bella Vuillermoz | Trading 'FOMO' for 'JOMO'!
    2026/03/25

Welcome to Finally Fabulous, the podcast where we peel back the layers and rediscover who we really are. I’m your host, Kate, and in this episode, I’m joined by someone incredibly special - my sister, Bella.

After a successful career in senior City leadership, Bella made a bold "F**k It" moment decision to move her family to the High Weald, creating a slower, more purposeful life where her neurodivergent daughter, Eva, could truly thrive.

We talk about courage, advocacy and the power of “delayering” - letting go of the roles we think we should play and giving ourselves permission to simply be.

From mentoring and psychological safety to chasing sheep in pyjamas - and swapping FOMO for JOMO - this is a warm, honest and uplifting conversation about designing a life that really fits. Enjoy.

    2026/02/11

Welcome back to Finally Fabulous - the podcast where we talk about what it really means to build a life that feels joyful, meaningful and unapologetically yours.

Today, I’m joined by the brilliant Sophie Bishton - a woman whose personal mantra is “Why not?” and who truly lives by it.

From singing jazz and chasing big dreams, to studying at Harvard and Oxford, Sophie has always believed that the sky is the limit.

But her story isn’t just about achievement - it’s about resilience, grief, identity and redefining success when life forces you to slow down.

In this episode, Sophie opens up about losing her mother at just 27, how that loss reshaped her sense of self, and the years it took to truly grieve.

We talk about perfectionism, people-pleasing and how her relentless drive eventually led to serious health challenges - including a diagnosis of ME/CFS.Now, Sophie is living life very differently. She shares how learning to work within her energy limits has helped her reconnect with joy, choose what truly matters, and still tick off bucket-list dreams - including singing at the Royal Albert Hall.

This is a powerful conversation about listening to your body, letting go of expectations and using joy as your North Star.

So, if you’ve ever had to rebuild your life, your identity or your definition of “fabulous,” this one’s for you. Let’s get into it.
