 Customer-focussed Hayley joins us to talk about her fabulous brand Eleven Loves. Having spotted the gap in the market for stylish everyday-wear, she started with printed T-shirt and sweatshirts, but what started as a side-hustle has grown into a serious business, focussed on sustainability. In a world where we’re bombarded by choice, she’s developed a tool for customers to identify their style personality, asking them ten questions, people choosing two of their main style personalities, then gives outfit suggestions on the result. She’s quite sentimental and tells us the stories behind a beautiful memento picture she made for her husband, the china turtles that remind her of her grandparents, a gold reef knot ring from her dad and a sapphire ring to remind her of her blue-eyed boys.
