In this episode of the For Profit Podcast, Matthew Pierce sits down with Jordan Arcement, an NIL agent representative for collegiate athletes, to talk about the path that took him from Thibodaux, Louisiana, to college football recruiting, LSU, and the evolving world of NIL.

Jordan shares how sports, mentorship, faith, and adversity shaped his life — from losing his father at a young age, to betting on himself with a $25,000 opportunity, to helping athletes navigate life-changing decisions in the new era of college sports.

This conversation goes beyond football. It’s about leadership, discipline, trusting the process, protecting your dreams, and learning how to turn painful experiences into purpose.

If you’re an athlete, entrepreneur, leader, or young person trying to figure out your next step, this episode is packed with lessons on faith, resilience, and what it really means to live “in the profit.”
