Carrie Severson—author of Unapologetically Enough and The Enoughness Method, a keynote speaker, and recovering from burnout. As someone who experienced burnout firsthand as a business leader and again as a family caregiver, Carrie helps professionals retrain their nervous systems, recover their energy, and rediscover joy at work and home as a keynote speaker and trainer. She’s the host of the podcast I Saved You, Now Do the Dishes and the author of Unapologetically Enough. Her written work has appeared in Huff Post, Redbook, and SheKnows.com. She’s been a burnout expert featured in the Miami Herald as well.
