Just wrapped up a great conversation on the ITUTv Podcast with Prof. Zae Holmes.

We covered a lot of ground, but it all came back to one thing. How people actually perform when pressure is real. I shared my transition from pursuing surgery into building in the markets, and how discipline from sports, medicine, and business all point back to execution. Not theory. Not motivation. Just what you consistently do when conditions are not perfect.

We also talked about something a lot of people miss. It is not just about what books you read, but how you apply them based on the stage of life you are in. Growth is not about collecting information. It is about applying the right principles at the right time, with honesty about where you currently are so you can actually move forward in the right direction.

At the end of the day, whether in trading, leadership, or life, structure matters. Systems matter. And being able to operate with discipline and clarity under pressure is what separates noise from real progress.
