Galatians 2:20 is a single verse with the power to interrupt the loudest lies in your head. When we say, “I have been crucified with Christ… it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me,” we are not repeating religious poetry. We are naming a new reality that can steady your emotions, reshape your decisions, and strengthen your resilience when shame, fear, doubt, or insecurity tries to take the mic.
I walk through what it means for the “old you” to be gone and for your core identity to be rooted in Jesus, not your past, your moods, or your mistakes. We talk about biblical faith as something you can practice, especially through Scripture meditation: reflecting, visualizing, and letting the Holy Spirit press God’s truth deep into your heart until it becomes your default lens. That inner shift matters for Christian mental health because what you believe about yourself determines how you interpret everything happening around you.
We also explore spiritual authority and why Luke 10:19 changes the way we face the enemy’s schemes. You are not trying to earn power you do not have. In Christ, you have access to what you need for life and godliness, and faith is how you receive what God already provided. If you feel stuck, downcast, or unsure you can even understand the Word, I want you to hear this clearly: you have a new mind, a new spirit, and the source of wisdom within you.
