  • Five Promises for Seasons of Rebuilding | Isaiah 54

    In this episode, I share five promises from Isaiah 54 that encouraged my heart during a season of rebuilding.

    As many of you know, the past six months have been a season of grief, change, and learning to move forward after the loss of my husband. While spending time in God's Word, Isaiah 54 reminded me that God's promises remain true even when life changes.

    I talk about overcoming fear, trusting God's faithfulness, finding comfort in the promise that He will never abandon us, praying for our children, and standing on the assurance that no weapon formed against us shall prosper.

    I also share personal reflections on widowhood, God's provision, raising my children after loss, and the ways I have seen God's kindness and faithfulness carry us through this season.

    • Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed

    • Your Maker is your husband

    • God's kindness will not depart from you

    • Great shall be the peace of your children

    I share my own reflections on patience, endurance, boundaries, self-worth, and the difference between real love and the unhealthy patterns we sometimes normalize in relationships, family, and even within ourselves.

    This message challenged me personally first.

    Love is more than emotion. It is patient. It is kind. It does not envy, compete, manipulate, or cause you to abandon yourself.

    Real love requires wisdom, mutual respect, and spiritual maturity.
