In this inspiring episode, we shine a light on the launch of the Resilient Soul Movement, a powerful community initiative built on lived experience, compassion, and inclusion. Launching on 4th May from 10am–12pm at C2U Gosport, this movement is driven by a simple but meaningful mission: no man, woman, or animal left behind—everyone deserves to be seen, valued, and supported.
Led by a wheelchair-using, survivor-driven facilitator, the Resilient Soul Movement is rooted in real-life experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by many in our communities. In this conversation, we explore why lived-experience leadership is so important and how it can create genuine, lasting change.
We’ll also talk about the official launch event, where visitors are invited to make a small voluntary £2 donation, with 100% of proceeds going directly to support the vital work carried out by C2U Gosport. It’s a powerful example of community supporting community.
The episode dives into the wide range of support and opportunities the movement offers, including free workshops, emotional wellbeing tools, one-to-one coaching, and inclusive education programmes. There’s also a strong focus on supporting carers, veterans, disabled individuals, and families—ensuring no one feels overlooked or alone.
We’ll hear about “Kindness & Courage” sessions designed especially for children, ambassador training for local residents, and a wider vision to build stronger, more compassionate communities through inclusion and understanding.
At its heart, this is a story of resilience, purpose, and hope. It’s about turning personal challenges into a force for good—and creating a space where kindness and courage can thrive.
Tune in to discover the story behind the movement, the passion driving it forward, and how you can get involved in making a difference locally.
