  • Sound Bites - We Are All Witnesses
    2026/05/24

Nike’s ad campaign featuring LeBron James first aired almost 2 decades ago. In the original commercial, there was a montage of LeBron James highlights mixed with fans stating they were “witnesses” of LeBron James, alluding to his greatness on the court. Regardless of whether you agree that James is the greatest basketball player of all time (he’s not…), his greatness pales in comparison to the majesty of our GOD. As Christ followers, we are all called to be witnesses for Jesus, testifying to what we have seen, heard, and experienced GOD do in our own lives and the lives of those around us. Nike did get one thing right: we ARE all witnesses, just called to a much higher calling in Christ Jesus our Savior.

This message dives deep into what it means to be a witness for Jesus to the outside world, and explores how we can share our testimonies to win others to Christ.

  • Sound Bites - Cliff Top & Rock Bottom
    2026/05/17

In a vulnerable interview, Will Smith describes how both the cliff top (after gaining everything) and rock bottom (after losing it all) can leave you empty and eroded on the inside. This moment, though not meant to be a sermon, carries echoes of deep spiritual truth. The Bible tells us that both success and suffering can reveal the emptiness of life apart from God. Even at the top, we can feel spiritually bankrupt. And sometimes it takes hitting bottom to finally look up.

This message explores how our lowest moments can actually become sacred ground—places where God lifts us, fills us, and sets us on a new path.

  • Sound Bites: Treat Yo'self!
    2026/05/10

A hilarious moment from Parks and Rec turned into a cultural catchphrase and even a lifestyle. But while “Treat Yo’self” can encourage self-care, it also highlights a deeper tension: Are we seeking rest or simply feeding indulgence?

This message explores the difference between biblical rest and spiritual laziness, between enjoying good things and being ruled by them. We look at the role of discipline, self-control, and fasting not as punishment, but as soul-training. Our souls are shaped not just by what we consume, but by what we resist.

  • Swipe Right - Marriage That Lasts in a World That Doesn't
    2026/05/03

Marriage in today’s world is under constant pressure. Culture tells us to chase happiness, convenience, or personal fulfillment, but God’s design points us in a different direction. Marriage is more than a contract—it’s a living picture of Christ’s love for the Church. Godly marriage is a mirror to the world, communicating God’s love through sacrifice, forgiveness, and patience. How you love your spouse reveals to others the depth and nature of Christ’s love for His people.

True love in marriage is sacrificial, not self-centered. While the world measures love by how it makes you feel or what you get out of it, God’s definition is different: love is giving, serving, and putting the other first. Every day presents opportunities to make choices that honor your spouse, even when it’s difficult, inconvenient, or when emotions don’t cooperate. These daily acts of self-giving are what build a strong, enduring marriage.

A marriage built on Christ is a marriage that can weather any storm. Conflicts, external pressures, and unexpected trials are inevitable, but a foundation rooted in God’s truth is unshakable. In a world where many marriages crumble, choosing to pursue holiness, selflessness, and Christ-centered unity sets your marriage apart and points others to the unending love of Jesus.

  • Swipe Right - Dating, Purity, and Real Love
    2026/04/26

In a world where dating is often reduced to swipes, likes, and casual hookups, it’s easy to forget that relationships were designed by God for something far greater. Dating isn’t meant to be a form of entertainment or a way to fill loneliness, it’s meant to point us toward real love, to provide a relationship that honors God and fosters real intimacy.

Purity in dating goes far beyond physical boundaries. It’s about protecting your heart, your emotions, and your spiritual well-being. Dating with purpose means asking the hard questions: Does this relationship draw me closer to God? Does it encourage growth, accountability, and character, or is it primarily about ego, fun, or convenience? True love and lasting connection only come when relationships are rooted in intentionality, not impulse.

And here’s a truth we all need to hear: waiting is not wasting. Choosing to delay gratification is more than self-control, it’s an act of worship. When we honor God with our bodies and hearts, we cultivate discipline, wisdom, and perspective that prepare us for lasting intimacy. Waiting allows us to experience the joy and fullness of love as God intended—not a temporary thrill, but a covenantal bond that reflects His steadfast love. This week, the challenge is clear: pursue relationships with purpose, protect your heart, and trust God’s timing because real love is worth the wait.

  • Swipe Right - Let's Talk About Sex
    2026/04/19

When it comes to sex, culture has given us plenty of messages—most of them cheap, distorted, and hollow. But here’s the truth: sex was God’s idea. It’s not dirty. It’s not shameful. It’s sacred. God created sex to reflect His design for intimacy, unity, and even creativity. But when sin entered the story, this gift was twisted. What was meant to bond us became casual. What was meant to be cherished became consumed. What was meant to bring joy became tainted by shame.

That’s why God gives us boundaries. Not because He wants to take away our joy, but because He wants to protect it. Boundaries aren’t about limitation; they’re about preservation. Real freedom doesn’t come from doing whatever feels good in the moment. Real freedom comes from aligning our desires with God’s design. Purity empowers us to build trust, to guard our hearts, and to experience intimacy as God intended to be deep, lasting, life-giving.

So, here’s the challenge: what does it look like for you to honor God with your sexual choices this week? Wherever you are, the invitation is the same: don’t settle for the world’s version of sex. Shed the shame, hurt and brokenness of the world and step into God’s vision of sex that brings freedom, joy, and a love that endures.

  • Swipe Right - Culture vs Covenant
    2026/04/12

When it comes to relationships, everyone has a script. Culture hands us one version: swipe right, move on when it gets hard, chase what feels good in the moment. It’s a script that treats love and sex like fast food: cheap, convenient, and instantly forgettable. God didn’t create marriage or love to be disposable; He created it to reflect His own faithful, steadfast love for us.

Many of us try to live by culture’s script but still expect God’s results. If we treat relationships like entertainment, we shouldn’t be surprised when they break down like a bad Netflix series. True intimacy requires intention. It requires boundaries. It requires accountability. God’s way isn’t just about surviving love, it’s about thriving in it. His design leads to trust, safety, joy, and a love that endures for a lifetime.

So the question for us this week is: which script are we going to follow? The world’s version that promises freedom but leaves us empty or God’s covenant, which asks for everything but in return gives us more than we could ever imagine?
