Hello my lovely Sleepy Cats, and a warm welcome to today's meditation. We will start by grounding ourselves through gentle breathwork and finding gratitude. After this we will move into setting an intention for the day, allowing the foundation of stillness and gratitude to guide our intention, and to fill our day with peace and ease, always being prepared for any inevitable changes as the day progresses.
