On the cocktail side of things, today Ben is drinking an I'm Sorry while Matthew is drinking I Love Lamp. Recipes below.
I'm Sorry- 1 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Felernum
- 3/4 oz Lavender Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake until chilled and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
I Love Lamp
- 1 oz Añejo Tequila
- 1 oz Demerara or Dark Rum
- 3/4 oz Banana Liqueur
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Agave Nectar
- 4 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel, pineapple leaves, or any other tropical trappings you want.
