AJ co-founded Palette Skills, scaling it from a $1M idea into a $250M Canadian organization connecting high-growth companies with untapped talent. Prior to that, they co-founded SoJo, an ed-tech social enterprise supporting aspiring entrepreneurs globally.

AJ began their career in the Ontario government during the Great Recession, working on policy across employment, education, and economic development experience that deeply shaped their approach to systems change and impact.
