  • Parents Are NOT Okay… But We’re Still Showing Up
    2026/06/01

This episode gets REAL. From buying my own push gift and learning to celebrate myself without guilt, to returning back to work after four months postpartum and feeling mentally overloaded — we’re unpacking it ALL.

I discuss the bittersweet emotions behind rewarding myself, navigating motherhood while trying to rediscover who I am outside of being “mom,” and how overstimulation, burnout, emotional labor, and silent guilt affect parents more than people realize.

We also dive deep into mental health, therapy, healing, and why single mothers deserve far more recognition for the sacrifices they make every single day.

If you’ve ever felt exhausted but still kept showing up anyway — this episode is for you.

  • BRO’S FOR LIFE 🏈❤️
    2026/05/26

This episode is hands down one of the purest conversations we’ve had on Highly Talkative Podcast. 🥹 I sat down with my youngest son and his BRO’S to talk friendship, football, brotherhood, loyalty, and what it really means to grow up together. From how they first met to why they hate being called “just friends,” these boys gave some of the funniest and most wholesome answers ever 😂❤️

We also talked sports, being big brothers, favorite traits about one another, and they even roasted me by explaining what football position I’d play if I suited up 😭🏈

One thing is for sure… I cannot WAIT to bring them back their senior year of high school to see how much changes.
