  • Krystal Eicher & Wendy Guth What It Means to Truly Savor Your Life
    2026/06/05

The adventure is not somewhere out there. It is in the choices you are making right now.

In this conversation, I sit with Krystal Eicher and Wendy Guth, co-founders of Serendipitous Rebel, who help women build businesses that support the life they actually want to live. Their path moved through unexpected pivots, partnership changes, and moments that asked them to slow down and listen more deeply.

We explore what happens when you stop chasing what looks successful and start choosing what feels aligned. The kind of work that honors your real life, your relationships, and your capacity.

    Reflections to sit with:

    • The adventure is here, not someday
    • Success can shift as you grow
    • Alignment often comes from letting go, not adding more
    • You are allowed to build a life and business that work together

Maybe the question is not what you need to achieve next.
Maybe it is what you are ready to come home to.

  • Kaira Pechtl on What Your Triggers Are Really Trying to Tell You
    2026/05/29

Sometimes the adventure we are seeking is the courage to finally turn inward and face the parts of ourselves we’ve been avoiding.

In this honest and deeply grounding conversation, I sit down with Kaira Pechtl, somatic psychotherapy practitioner and communication coach, to explore trauma healing, codependency, emotional resilience, and authentic connection.

We talk about childhood wounds, nervous system regulation, emotional triggers, relationships, boundaries, and why true healing starts with connection to self. We also explore the role of community, vulnerability, animals, and nature in helping us reconnect to presence and truth.

If you’ve ever felt emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or exhausted from carrying everyone else’s needs, this episode is for you.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Somatic therapy and trauma healing
    • Codependency and emotional maturity
    • Nervous system regulation and triggers
    • Healthy communication and relationships
    • Boundaries, self trust, and vulnerability
    • Women’s healing and collective connection

“The suffering we run from because we are unwilling to face the truth of life, and the suffering that comes when we're willing to stop running from the sorrows and difficulties of the world. The second kind of suffering will lead you to freedom.”
    — Arjun Cha

  • You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone
    2026/05/28

What if asking for help is only the beginning?

In this mini-sode, I’m reflecting on the adventure of actually receiving support when it shows up. From travel and horses to mental health, wellness, and coming home after some big experiences lately, this episode is a reminder that we are not meant to carry everything alone.

I share stories from recent travels to the United Kingdom, competing in a speaking competition, discovering new wellness tools, and preparing for the Grand Butterfly March in Jackson Hole.

Maybe the real paradox is this: sometimes the bravest thing we can do is let ourselves be supported.

  • Dave Ribble and Gaye Ribble on Connection That Changes Everything
    2026/05/22

There are moments when things are not working, when effort feels heavy and nothing is clicking. And then something shifts. Not outside of you, but within you. This conversation is a reminder that the adventure is not in forcing results, but in how we choose to show up, especially on the hard days.

I sat down with Dave Ribble and Gaye Ribble, partners in life and business, to talk about connection, intuition, and building something meaningful together. Dave, author of The Way of the Conscientious Connector and founder of Standout Mastery, shares how one unexpected moment changed the way he approached networking and business forever. Gaye, CEO of Standout Marketing and Strategies, brings a grounded and intuitive perspective on partnership, energy, and growth.

Their story is about love, trust, and choosing a different way when the old way no longer works.

    What stayed with me:

    • Shift from getting to giving
    • Connection grows through curiosity and presence
    • Confidence is built through practice, not pressure
    • Energy matters more than strategy
    • Support and respect create lasting relationships

What would change if you focused on helping just one person today?

  • Lisa Bromfield The Adventure Begins When You Finally Listen
    2026/05/14

Sometimes life does not gently guide us. Sometimes it stops us in our tracks so we can finally listen.

Lisa Bromfield shares what it looked like to have a life that seemed successful on the outside but felt deeply misaligned within. After losing her six figure job, she found herself stepping into something unexpected. Through stillness, meditation, and trusting the quiet voice inside, she began to rebuild a life rooted in purpose, joy, and meaning.

Lisa is a transformational life guide, author, speaker, Reiki practitioner, and death doula. Her work centers on helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, move through life transitions, and create a life that feels aligned with who they truly are. We explore forgiveness, self trust, the power of small daily shifts, and how nature and silence can guide us back to ourselves.

This conversation is a reminder that what feels like an ending may actually be the beginning of something more true.

    Takeaways
    • Daily practices like meditation can open the door to deeper guidance
    • Losing something can create space for something more aligned
    • Forgiveness is the first step before true gratitude can be felt
    • Self limiting beliefs keep us stuck in cycles that do not serve us
    • Stillness and time in nature help us hear our inner voice more clearly

  • We Need Real Connection More Than Ever
    2026/05/08

Sometimes the strongest connection happens when we unplug from everything else.

In this minisode, I reflect on what I call the “original Wi Fi connection” which is the deep soul connection we feel through horses, nature, prayer, presence, and trusting something greater than ourselves. From losing my phone for an entire day to watching my TEDx talk unexpectedly reach thousands of people, I share honest reflections on mental health, entrepreneurship, grief, healing, and learning to come back to what truly matters.

This episode is a reminder that the adventure is happening right now. In the simple moments. In the hard seasons. In the connection we create with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

    In this episode:

    • The “original Wi Fi connection” and spiritual presence
    • Horses, healing, and nervous system regulation
    • Mental health, grief, and asking for support
    • Letting go of productivity and reconnecting with simplicity
    • Why real connection matters more than constant communication

  • Fred Bueltmann and the Courage to Choose Connection Over Control
    2026/05/01

What happens when we stop trying to control and start choosing connection?

This episode was originally recorded as part of the Spiritual Horse Seekers Summit (April 7–17), a gathering centered on deepening our relationship with horses and ourselves. While the summit has passed, this conversation stands on its own as a powerful reflection on trust, presence, and a different way of being with horses.

In this episode, I sit down with Fred Bueltmann of the Red Horse Center. What began as an unexpected path, moving into a home that came with a horse, grew into a life devoted to healing, leadership, and connection through horses.

Fred shares the story of Blackjack, a horse who changed everything. Through that relationship, he was guided toward a way of being rooted in trust, consent, and willingness rather than control.

We talk about the quiet, wordless language horses live in, where energy, presence, and honesty shape connection. Through a trauma-informed lens, Fred offers a deeper look at how horses support human healing, while also honoring their own experiences and needs.

This conversation invites you to slow down, listen differently, and consider what becomes possible when connection comes first.

    Takeaways:

    • Horses invite us into a deeper, wordless awareness
    • Trust and safety are built through presence, not control
    • Healing with horses is shared, not one-sided
    • True connection begins with consent and willingness
    • Horses guide us back to a more honest way of being

What might shift if you allowed yourself to listen, not with words, but with your whole being?

  • Don’t Let the Drama Steal the Dream
    2026/04/29

There’s a moment I’ve been sitting with… where something lands, something you’ve been working toward finally arrives… and instead of everything slowing down, life just keeps going.

The dishes are still there. The responsibilities don’t pause. And somewhere in the middle of that, it’s easy to miss it… the fact that you’re actually in the dream.

I’ve been feeling into what it means to stay with that moment. To not rush past it. To not let the noise or the mess or even my own mistakes pull me out of it. To come back, take ownership where I need to, and still choose to be here… in what I asked for.

Because the truth is, there’s always going to be more. Another step. Another stretch. Another mountain. But this part… this right here… matters too.

    Reflections

    • Where are you already living something you once wished for
    • What would it look like to stay with it, instead of moving on too quickly
